Chef and owner Brandon of Flyfare, a Sarasota native whas trained under a Michelin star chef as well as a local James Beard award winning chef. We provide a flawless inflight service no matter how small or complex the order. We pride ourselves on beautifully designed plates and the freshest ingredients that we source from right here in Florida.  Unlike our competitors, our menu evolves and changes daily based on the seasonal ingredients. We also offer a wide variety of everyday menu items and restaurant pick ups. Any allergies or dietary restrictions can be met.
